Shopping for the elite. I was greeted by a young man, asking me what is it I am there for. He hesitated to allow me in to look... I am actually a well established jeweller by trade, so I wasn't going to allow him to intimidate me. I was straight and said, I still want to look around. What a great atmosphere. I called today and with no appointments necessary I was able to stop by as a walk in. I was there to inquire about a timepiece repair and I cannot express how well I was treated. I met with Bryan who is an assett to their corporation and an absolute wealth of knowledge. Great experience dealing with Bryan. Very knowledgeable with products on hand. Great to hear a little bit of history on the different brands of the watches I was interested in.
