Uncaring, curt, not professional, in a hurry and has an abasive demeanor. He lacks proper Doctor, Patient interpersonal and communicative skills.
I had a very common ailment and was looking for professional advice. His only comment was: see your doctor. !!!!!!! He doesn't understand the purpose of Urgent Care!???
Took a family member today and "Dr" (?) Joseph Alvarado was a WASTE of time!!! He did nothing and was in a hurry. This UC was bought over 1 year ago when it was EXCELLENT now with this man will go under. What a shame. IF you come here and this "man" comes In request someone else or go elsewhere. I will be taking my family member somewhere else where there are professional Drs. This man lacks integrity by lying in his reports, not at all knowledgeable and doesn't listen, understand and extremely unprofessional. Stay far away!... read more
Don’t is all I can. Worst bedside manner I ever seen in any doctor. Wish I would have never went to him. Unnecessarily hurt my 14 years child pushing and squeezing his arm before any xrays were taken just to find out his right Radius was broken. Never again. I was mortified by this guys unprofessionalism.
If I could give him negative stars to save you time, patience, & money I would. This man needs to lose his license. I went to the Northwest Urgent Care at Orange Grove and sat in a room for 5 hours while being belittled and reprimanded for crying out in pain. His nurse then came in to tell me they don't keep narcotics on the premises like I was a junkie looking for a fix. I wasn't taken seriously & I ended up at the hospital & then was referred to a specialist to find out I had a serious ulcer.
