This isn’t a comment on Dr. Ottaviano. I’ve been going to him for 15 or 20 years and he’s a wonderful, caring physician. He recently moved to Ohio Health Family Practice center in Grove City. I called in this morning to attempt to schedule an appointment to be seen for a probable sinus infection. The scheduler, after checking my records, says oh he’s out of town until April 12, and since you’ve never been here before, I have to put you down on the list to even come in. What? No attempt to do anything at all except...sorry...... read more
