First, Dr Graverson has a great office room manner I guess you would call it. He came in, noticed my shirt had a rock band on it which he asked me about, and then we traded a story or two. So I felt at ease. Then we got to our medical issue. The Doctor looked at my chart and examined me, then came up with a plan to treat my issues. Visit was nice, seemed thorough, and gave me a solution. Just began the treatment so can't say if it is working yet but feel confident I am in the right place.
Dr Graversen took excellent care of me several years ago when we unexpectedly found cancer in one of my kidneys. Now, many years later, I'm back - and once again I've put my faith and confidence in Dr Graversen because I know I'm in excellent hands. He is very personable, takes the time to explain things in detail but in and understandable way, and really takes his time answering any questions you have. His follow up is thorough. I would highly recommend Dr Graversen!
Doctor Graversen is top notch. Always on time and gets right to the treatment. Explains the situation and resolution in simple terms.
Most of the staff are friendly
Detailed explanation of all options. Pros and cons of all options. I feel like he is very prepared and knows my background before appointment.
All staff are very professional
Staff very courteous and helpful. Dr. Graversen is a true professional explained plan for upcoming procedures clearly going forward. He instills confidence for a successful outcome.
Dr. Graverson does not seem to value the patient's time. My appt. was for 9:00. Dr. Graverson did not enter the room until 9:30, and when he did, I felt as though he rushed through my visit so he could get back on schedule.
Great doctor but the old house for an office is weird, especially the bathroom, a necessary room for urology patients. The sign says they're moving soon so watch for updates.
