Joe took my money and stopped responding. Joe failed to notify me of a court hearing and then only gave me one hours notice for another hearing. After the judge ordered deadlines to be met he stopped responding all together. He was paid in full upfront. BEWARE!

Hired Attorney Joseph Anthony Gasparro This is the worst Attorney. He lies and cannot be trusted. DO NOT hire this attorney. My husband and I paid him in full. He did absolutely nothing for the case. He spent more time lying and manipulating us and now has stopped communicating with us. My husband has filed a complaint with the Bar and we plan on taking legal actions. To anyone who has had the same experience should do the same.

I strongly advise against hiring Joseph Gasparro, My husband retained him in July 2024 for a child support case and paid a $5,000 retainer. After months of waiting with no updates or progress, we requested a refund in November 2024. He claimed he had started the case and would send documents, but nothing ever happened. We followed up again in January 2025—no response. Now, in March 2025, we still have not received any services, updates, or communication.
