Dr. Caplan, and his staff are the best of the best. My stepfather has been seeing Dr. Caplan for over 12 years. If it were not for Dr. Caplan, and the entire staff at Cardiac Solutions, my stepfather would not be with us. Dr Calplan has no compassion, no empathy and at this point it seems he really just doesnt care about his patients. My parents were both seeing him. My dad was actually told to get into him after seeing his podiatrist because of poor circulation and a small wound on his leg and that he was having pain even walking a short distance and it wasnt where the wound was. Dr. Caplan does not just look for income-- he watched my wife for several visits due to her family history--- then told her she didn't need to return! For me, an earlier cardiologist looked at my EKG and shouted, " You have had a heart attack."But, Dr. Caplan looked at test data and told me that I only have effects from aging, and will follow-up yearly.

He is the worst cardiologist that I have been treated by or shall I say not treated. He rushes you out. He is only interested in money. That's why he owns 5 different practices. I recently was in the hospital due to atrial fib and I was very scared. I asked that he come and see me and all I got was one of his PA's. PA's have a place in the medical world but not when you've asked several time to either see my cardiologist due to wanting to be reassured that I was going to be ok. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
