Where to begin. I’m highly disappointed of what this office has become. I have been seeing Dr. Rivas since I was a teenager. She was always great, it was always a pleasure to go there. Now that she’s barely there and has some Asian ladies working, they’ve become a horrible practice. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and a cavity filling. Whoever was the person who saw me (I can’t even remember her name cause she was so un unimpressionable) only did the cleaning and refused to fill my cavity where I had a huge wh... read more
I'll recommend this facility 100%
Very professional, understanding, gentle and well presented. Listens to your concerns and works to make you feel and be better. Takes her time and work with staff to make your visit worthwhile. I'm out of pocket patient and will definitely recommended her 100%
Horrible service! The receptionists clearly don’t understand what patients are saying and constantly shift the blame instead of helping. There’s a complete lack of communication and professionalism. Save yourself the time and frustration go somewhere else. This place is a total waste of time.
