They will respect your appt time, even worse than most doc offices. Be prepared to wait and wait. And then they will make you the problem if you cannot stay. Incidentally also the most painful cleaning I've ever had. There are other budget options around like The Smilist. Beware.
Where to begin. I’m highly disappointed of what this office has become. I have been seeing Dr. Rivas since I was a teenager. She was always great, it was always a pleasure to go there. Now that she’s barely there and has some Asian ladies working, they’ve become a horrible practice. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and a cavity filling.
