The young lady who did the dry eye tests, Brittney D. Was so helpful, friendly and professional. I didn’t have wait very long and Dr. Koberlein was very thorough in his explanation of his diagnosis, even showing me a diagram and explaining. He also was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do.
