Efficient. Answered my questions. Outlined some future options with no pressure. Easy to talk with.
I was very nervous about the cataract surgery but after my first eye was done I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it went. And I could see 20/20 right away. No pain! Procedure took maybe 10 minutes. I wasn’t nervous at all for the second eye. Don’t put it off, so worth it.
I went to CEI on a referral for a second opinion. Check in was efficient, staff was pleasant, and wait time was reasonable. The new patient assessment was very thorough! The optometrist, Dr Koberlein, was very informative and provided a thorough explanation for my condition. The appointment was not over until the he verified that I had every question answered. Good job! Wish I was closer so I could switch.
