Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
