First time I see him my regular PA was out He was very pleasant and explained my blood work very well He went to check something for me I still had another question for him He didn’t come back Someone else came in with my referral and I still had a question I felt dismissed, I still had a question Two days later and I’m still waiting for the correct RX to be resent I’ve called the office twice and the pharmacy has also called Other than that all went well 😔
I had several issues and questions. When I started to tell the nurse why I was there, I was told I could only mention three things. I wanted some information about my recent lab tests and was told she would get it for the doctor. No more discussion about it. The doctor came in, listened to my chest and went out. I didn’t see him again. A nurse asked for a urine sample and gave me a referral for a chest X-ray and dismissed me. I think corporate medicine has put too many restrictions on providers.
Dr. Rosales was wonderful as were his office staff! Check in was great and I was seen fairly quickly! Thank you for keeping me humble about my health!
