It is hard to put into words how much this team means to our family. After 20 years of care, they feel like family. They are the most reliable pediatric group in El Paso, always providing top-tier care with a personal touch. Whether it’s a routine check-up or an urgent call, they handle everything with the utmost professionalism. 10/10 stars!
doctor has been one of a kind and i fully recommend him but when it comes the Cesy the front office is not some one you want to deal with. she is rude and loves to cut you off when explaining the reason for doctors visit to ask questions. then loves to ignore calls to set up an appointment needed for a child that needs to get seen. this is already my second incident with her. ive had all my kids there for the past 15 yrs. nothing but negative attitudes from CESY.

I just called this office. I called based on the reviews but the lady who answered was like 21 questions off the back. How old are your kids, why are you all of a sudden switching pediatricians. Not that I owe an explanation to you. She asked what type of insurance do you have. I told her Medicaid. She said we can't see you until you update the doctors with medicaid.
