We absolutely love our kids’ pediatrician! The doctor is caring, patient, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer all our questions. It means so much to have someone we can trust with our children’s health and well-being. The staff is also wonderful and makes every visit a positive experience. We always feel heard, respected, and well taken care of. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing pediatrician for our family. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a doctor who truly ... read more
It is hard to put into words how much this team means to our family. After 20 years of care, they feel like family. They are the most reliable pediatric group in El Paso, always providing top-tier care with a personal touch. Whether it’s a routine check-up or an urgent call, they handle everything with the utmost professionalism. 10/10 stars!
doctor has been one of a kind and i fully recommend him but when it comes the Cesy the front office is not some one you want to deal with. she is rude and loves to cut you off when explaining the reason for doctors visit to ask questions. then loves to ignore calls to set up an appointment needed for a child that needs to get seen. this is already my second incident with her. ive had all my kids there for the past 15 yrs. nothing but negative attitudes from CESY.
