Extremely rude receptionist on the phone. Called requesting appointment and information and she kept cutting me off and being rude speaking in a condensending tone . I did not call for attitude I called to schedule an appointment. If you don’t like your job maybe you shouldn’t be answering phones for a living. When I requested to speak to someone else she hung up one me. Called again to speak to a supervisor and same rude behavior and told me”Cindy” was in a meeting and didn’t know how long it would take. Do better.

Horrible service from the front office. I talked to Nichol asking that we needed to get the referrals sent to us by email and she refused to take down our emails so we could get the care that our daughter needs. I asked to speak to the manager and it seems she can never be reached. We have been with this Dr. since birth.

I always have to wait quite long for my son’s appointments… the one time I am late and beg to take in my son that’s pretty sick; they give me a straight NO. They have no empathy nor compassion.
