Please don't come to this office, they tell you to come early for your appointment but you sit waiting for more than 1 hour for them to see you. Ah but if you're late for 5 minutes they cancel your appointment. At my last appointment with Dr. Menendez he was the worst non-caring doctor, I still have a lot of pain after my surgery and he just tells me goes to the pain doctor that's it. If you want a doctor that cares and has time for you, go somewhere else.
Had surgery almost 2 weeks ago. Keep leaving messages to make followup appt to get staples out no one calls back. Guess I'll have to go ER. How stupid is that?
Dr. Menendez was the worst non-caring pompous doctor that I have been in front of. If you want a doctor that cares go somewhere else. He walks in blurts out what I have tells me can do nothing, and then says now he has a surgery to get to. He could have caredless about me his patient.
