In the almost two years I've been going to this "pain clinic," I've seen Dr. Matthew maybe 4 times (one was for a procedure only he could do, but not once since he did said procedure!). I've been sicker than ever in my life, with vomiting and diarrhea (mostly diarrhea, actually soiling myself 4 times, which I had NEVER done before in my 69 years). Summit pain prescribed me 900 mcg bullbucca and then discharged me for breaking contract . Prescription for percaset four times daily . After 3 plus years on same script I developed resistance to the drug and after numerous request to switch or increase took upon myself to take two additional a day wich caused me to break contract only to deal with ramifications without any assistance from Summit . Terrible doctor
Kept insisting on me taking these back shots for all this money. Only for it to make my pain worse. This happened on 3 different occasions. All they care about is your money!!
Doctor Mathew botched two epidurals performed on me. I have been getting epidauros for 4 and a 1/2 years and I've never had one be botched before, but his 1st one failed, and then 2 months later a second one failed. Which meant that my pain continued to increase as he continued to decrease my medication. He slashed my medication in half verses what I had been taking for the previous 4 years.
