So sad and so disappointed with this dr. We'll after 2:30 to 3hrs. Waiting , I walked out. Another pt. There for a follow-up had been waiting 2hrs. That is a dr.who has no respect for patients.
I am extremely disappointed with this office and their office staff and office procedures because they need so much improvement to provide better customer service. 2 weeks before my medication was due I kept calling with no success on getting anyone to answer the phone or respond to their Klara system. I have had to drive from Elsa more than 5 times to get my injection properly ordered & approved by my insurance. I am now leaving town without getting my medication that is due this month. I have been calling for 2 days and na. Dr Linas Zepeda was my thyroid Dr when he was at Joslin Diabetes and I was sad when he left. I want to start seeing him again but I can’t make appointment as new patient if no one answers the phone. Some advice, hire people who want to work and love helping others.
