Dr Cepeda seems like a very good Dr. Phone system is ridiculous, been calling all morning.get answering system and the disconnects. What good is having a good And knowledgeable Dr if office doesn’t answer .
Es una desgracia que uno quiera hacer una cita y lo dejen esperando sin contestar hasta que uno se cansa y cuelga, vuelvo a llamar y lo mismo, no es profecional y una falta de respeto si consideramos los cobros altisimos, el lugar deve evaluar a su personal o contratar mas personal.

I am extremely disappointed with this office and their office staff and office procedures because they need so much improvement to provide better customer service. 2 weeks before my medication was due I kept calling with no success on getting anyone to answer the phone or respond to their Klara system. I have had to drive from Elsa more than 5 times to get my injection properly ordered & approved by my insurance. I am now leaving town without getting my medication that is due this month.
