I have to say, the reception area was gracious and everything about it was nice. A shout out to all the staff and Dr. Lantin and the anesthesiologist and nurses. The combination of professionalism was amazing. High standards.

Gastroenterology of Westchester on North Bway. Had the worst experience yesterday at this clinic in the Boyce Thompson complex. The receptionist needs retraining in dealing with clients, especially seniors. Took my 90 yr old mom for an appt with a Dr. Lantin (who I never met). Snotty receptionist would not allow me to sit with with her and would not allow me to sit on a chair outside the LOCKED entrance door. They sprayed the bottom of my mom's shoes, but never took her temperature nor gave her hand sanitizer, so the suppose... read more
I have always had well informed and diligent visits. Dr. Lantin is patient, kind and always makes sure every question or concern is covered. Dr. Lantin has a fabulous bed aide manner.
Dr. Lantin is a great doctor. I’ve been with him for almost 2 years and he hasn’t left my side since. He’s been trying to help me fix my health issues to see what works best for me. He goes above and beyond for his patients. His staff is very friendly as well. I never had an issue with anyone at the office or with Dr. Lantin.
Dr Lantin is one of the best Drs in his field .Especially the team he has in his office are the best and have handle me in the way possible . At the time with the Pandemic they make sure that everyone is safe . There patients are there highest prority.
