Have been a patient of Dr. Igoas on & off for maybe 25 or more years 🤔. Charter palms was McAllen Behavioral when I First started interacting with Dr. Igoa. I have left a few times, but have always returned! Rosie Gonzalez is the physicians Assistant I have been seeing for years and I think she is WONDERFUL!!! I SEE HER THISN FRIDAY. I MISS HER SINCE COVID.
The lady dr was great. The receptionist is rude. She’ll laugh and carry on a convo with people she works with but she won’t even look you in a eye when she talks to you. No respect.
