Dr. Jimenez-Almonte put me at ease right away. He fully explained my diagnosis, my treatment options and my next step. I opted for surgery and I have no regrets! The recovery pain has been minimal and within a few days I felt remarkably better than prior to surgery. Well there's always bound to be one unhappy customer and I guess I'm that guy. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. I got there at 8:45. When I walked in there was not a soul in the waiting room. Not one besides myself and staff. I only sat down in the lobby for maybe 5 minutes before I was taken to my exam room. There I sat in the exam room for exactly 50 minutes.
