Everyone was great!
Dr Franco gave me encouragement on finding a solution to my back issues He recommended a second opinion specialist to examine and suggest solutions to solve the pain in my lower back . He believed there are other back solutions and shared his personal experiences, hoping to provide alternatives to my previous experience. The previous doctor was helpful but never had a solution that helped relieve my pain successfully.
Thorough and professional
First visit we were told there was conflicting imaging therefore questioned his diagnosis along with the pain my husband was experiencing. Referred to another GI? Spent the next 6 weeks in and out of the ER and hospital. Dr. Franco repeatedly gave us the run around or avoided communication completely. Never received direct answers even after 'tumor conference' and 'cancer meeting'.
