His receptionist Mary is very rude, and u professional she should not be working with people.
I feel bad giving a bad rating because the Dr himself is nice. But they're staff is absolutely horrible. Rude and very unprofessional. I regret going here.
I have been going to Dr Fidel for over 40+ years, since I was a child. He is always nice and talkative. He does gentle dentistry... also if it is an emergency, he can take you the same day, which has been my experience.
Horrible!!!!! He is a very nice man but the staff, mainly Mary, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She mostly works at the front desk but also does dental work. The last time I was there, she had her hair down which literally was falling across my nose and into my mouth while she spent 45 min trying to put a temporary crown on that wasn’t even the right size. My family members have also had issues there. Will never go back!
He is a great doctor! Dr. Jose T. Fidel DDS is an amazing doctor! I’ve been going to him since my move to California, about 3 years ago. He is very accommodating, genuine, and he goes the extra mile to make his patients comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend using him!
