They keep putting you on hold because they don't know how to answer questions or they just don't want to be bothered. constantly get one Hispanic representative to another and none knows anything. Simply question, how much will my daughter self pay be for follow up appointment because she lost insurance coverage through her dad work due to Covid 19 lay offs. Unbelievable.
