Staff was professional . It took a while for me to get back there ; almost an hour past my appointment time, but the people there are nice..
My first appointment is not till August 17th and I’m already not liking the front desk people.I like the doctor Dr. Farias Who told me while I was in the hospital I could come get a note from His office on Tuesday for my short-term disability filing.but the staff had something different to say about it. Instead of explaining it to me in a nice matter they were very snotty. They had an attitude and didn’t try at all to help me to understand why it was that way. Excellent doctor, very professional in every way. He introduced himself formally and gave me, as a mother, complete confidence in having my daughter operated on. I highly recommend him; the surgery was excellent. One of the things I appreciated most was that he took the time to come and explain how my daughter fared after the surgery. Highly recommended. Doctor Farias is so amazing and extremely caring.. The first time I spoke to Doc.Farias from the Mission hospital, he said I be there to see you and I’ll do the surgery to get you taking care.. He was by my bed that same day and the rest is history..I enjoy seeing his smiley face and great attitude.. He makes my visit feel like a new day .. His staff are extremely professional and down to earth .. Which makes even more special to be welcome with so much caring..
