I am a local contractor. I sub contracted Herrera roofing and remodeling to build a patio for one of my customers. Jose and his son Joe ran off with the deposit of $5,500 that was given to them. They strung me along for 3 months blaming the city and permitting issues. Then they stopped responding to my calls. When I finally did reach one of them they admitted the theft and said they would do nothing about it. Now I have to take legal action and have lost thousands..
