The waiting time was pretty frustrating. I was put on an IV when it was unecessary, even my nurse recognized they shouldn't have done that. They also drew more blood than they should have. 3 out of 10 with my overall experience at the ER.
I had MRI’s done under anesthesia here in June, and was not given a copy of my cd with my MRI results. I have a neurosurgeon appt for my spine issues on Thursday..scheduled last Thursday afternoon and since Friday morning, i have been calling the medical records number, the main number, as well as about 8 other phone numbers. I work fulltime and cannot sit on hold for 10 minutes for ANYONE to answer the line. Medical records for the hospital does NOT answer, there’s no answering machine. RecommendedOne of the best procedure center I have been at before..The staff was amazing from the entrance to the door to the exit of the door. My husband was not able to come in due to protocol but they made me feel right at home! Thank you Medical Team!!!!!
