Dr. Barrera is warm and friendly and so is his staff. The office is efficient and I had minimal to no wait with each visit. Dr. Barrera removed an osteoma from my forehead and I’m so happy with the results; I only wish I had done it sooner! Dr. Barrera has a warm and friendly bedside manner and spent the time to fully explain his plan and make sure my questions were answered even with my simple procedure. Thank you to Dr. Barrera and team!

Dr. Barrera is very kind and genuine. He gives you his full attention and answers any questions and concerns. I have gone to other doctors in the SA area who have done more harm than good. Dr. Barrera has had to correct several previous procedures done by other doctors. My only regret is not meeting him sooner. Do not go anywhere else in SA. You are in good hands with him. His staff is also attentive and helpful during the whole process. Don’t risk botched procedures go to him first.

I have complex regional pain disorder in my right arm. I went to Dr. Jose Barrera for laser hair removal because of the difficulty with shaving. I left the clinic in intense pain. I returned 3 days later as my legs were blistering and still very painful. Dr. Barrera told me everything was normal and sent me away without any treatment or follow up appointments. My dermatologist gave me several antibiotic ointments to minimize scarring and told me to stay out of the pool and sun all summer.
Dr barrera as with all my appointments was with me within minutes. He has helped me with my problem snoring. With only two treatments my snoring is reduced. Dr Barrera is professional and does not rush his time with you. Highly recommend.

Compassionate, competent, amazing Doctor. Dr Barrera takes the time you need to feel comfortable. He is a rare surgeon...HIGHLY skilled yet humble. Performed major facial reconstruction due to cancer with amazing skill. One surgery down and two more to go, but already confident about results. Have no doubt...He’s the best of the best.
