Very displeased with your office. I make an appointment and it always takes an hour and a half before you even call my son back and at least another 30 minutes before you even come in to see us! I understand it have to wait but not that long. Also your staff is not very friendly. They have absolutely I common sense. I could go on and on but I believe I ve said enough. I ve switched doctors and very happy I did. That was the best decision I could ve made for my kids. I will not reccomend to take your kids here.
What good are your so called skills if I cant even get in to see you? The phone is always busy, there s always a reason to delay the visit and we just cant get in. Whats the point of having you for PCP if you arent ever available. Ever? Very angry and frustrated with you. This has gone on for 4 months now and Im done and sick of your office phone never going through.I ve called today ever 5-10 minutes, sometimes mere minutes apart and always a busy tone. I guess you arent taking calls Mr Special.
I work with doctors every day and I know a good one when I see one. I have had the pleasure of working with dozens of local doctors over the years. I have had the opportunity to see first hand which doctors get the best results. That's the reason Dr. Benigno cares for me and my family.
