I've known this man, this eminence for over 30 years. And he's as real and knowledgeable as can get. And every time we have called and left a message, we've been responded to very quickly. 💯
I arrived at Sparta Hospital on a Tuesday night septic from violently severe food poisoning (turns out it was biral) I am very grateful for Dr Arocha. A brilliant mind, a little hysterical. I am so grateful I got him. Dr. Arocha said he wanted to transfer me to Wake Forest. They had no beds . I went in Tuesday, out Thursday,! He cured me and FAST. Still waiting on sample analyses. Crazy they send to CA. So many labs around in NC. Do not understand why they don't contract with s lab closer, faster.
Wow..after reading so much negative comments I'm like super shocked of how he turned out so bad now...I used to be a patient of his in 2002 till 2004 or so but in Miami FL. He was pretty good back then ..I wonder what happened to him that he got this way 🤔..I'm really surprised
