I have lived here for 5 years, I have gone through 4 managers of these apts,. and I can assure you by far, this is the best manager we have had. I appreciate your hard work, and I am up pretty early most mornings, and he is already cleaning the grounds and making sure the trash is in the dumpsters. I have even seen him do things for the kids in this little community and that makes him an alright guy by me. Thank you for working hard to make this community worth staying here.

The nepotism is unbelievable. Had no support for the first 4 months, they threaten their staff, they don't take responsibility when they fail (instead blame everyone else)... they lie about supporting and make excuses (and your not allowed the same)... they don't allow you to have an opinion. supervisors were rarely available with the excuse that they have a lot of other properties (but your not allowed excuses) in fact, they'll throw you under the bus. I have been at a hotel for almost 3 weeks and nothing has been done to fix the problem in my bedroom where there is a section of the wall from ceiling to floor that has been torn out to repair the mold that was in the wall due to a drainage pipe leak from the ceiling. Part of the floor is also rotten and needs to be replaced. Nothing is being done to fix this problem and I can't live in my home because they say it is contaminated with black mold. I live in one of their apartments and I am constantly harassed and my privacy is violated and I am written up for reporting tenants actually smoking inside their apartments. In the building I live in there is a mandatory mask rule for anyone under 5, the boy that "fixes" stuff never wears a mask when he walks down our halls. He does not clean our building, and I mean clean. Its all half assed.
