This so called attorney was hired to represent my dad and failed to appear to a court hearing today 9/10/24. He appeared to the first couple hearings, but did not communicate any information to what was said during those hearings. No communication what’s so ever. My dad called him for an update and this ‘lawyer’ told him he was was already home and to not call him, OR he can give him 1k dollar in cash and he can lay his case to rest. If I could give this man 0 stars I would. Do not hire him, this man is a fraud!!! In need of help, my father was in search of someone who was of Spanish speaking who can help him with his case. He asked for a 4K retainer fee, after ONE court visit, this man was asking for an additional 1k. He was never thorough on how the case was going. On top of that, He’s very unprofessional!
