Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este salón fue muy decepcionante. Fui con mi hija a consultar sobre un cambio de color y, aunque ella se portó muy bien, el trato que recibimos por parte del señor que nos atendió fue grosero y poco profesional. Me hizo sentir incómoda y no hubo amabilidad en su forma de hablar ni de tratar a una madre con su hija. No regresaré y no recomiendo este lugar a quienes valoran el buen trato al cliente y el respeto.

Worst experience ever. I had shown a picture to a lady that worked there how I wanted my hair and she said she will do it as how the picture was, It was highlights she told me she would bring the price down if she cut my hair, MY HAIR DID NOT COME OUT LIKE THE PICTURE IT WAS LITERALLY SMALL UNNOTICEABLE HIGHLIGHTS SO UGLY AND ON TOP OF THAT CUT MY HAIR AND DIDNT BRING THE PRICE DOWN AND UP TO THIS POINT MY HAIR STRUGGLES TO GROW. Jajajaja solo marque para saber el costo para poder ir a cortarme el cabello mi familia y yo y me contesto el señor Angel muy enojado solo para preguntar ya que apenas me acabe de mudar a IL, la verdad me dio risa por que desde el momento que levanto la llamada se veía que había tenido un mal dia,espero se encuentre bien todo
