I have seen many Dr's in my time I have the fullest respect and admiration for Dr Aceves, he is very professional and im very privilege that I'm one of his patients.
Scheduling, referral and receptionist staff are all the absolute worst. They send in the wrong information to insurance companies and get an attitude when you call to wonder why a MRI referral is taking 11 days. The favorite answer of the clueless receptionist is we're waiting on your insurance company. The Dr. didnt even look at me, they just stared into their laptop and submitted an x-ray referral for the WRONG leg. Go someplace else if you can.
