Doctor was great at the time of service. But his front desk staff were rude and short, in person and over the phone. But the kicker is this…my daughter had to wear a heart monitor for a week. After the 7 days, I turned it in to get the results. All good. Four months later they started sending me notices to pay for the “missing” monitor. I ignored the notices because it was complete rubbish. Then they tried to file against my insurance. It was denied, thankfully. They don’t get another penny.
