Going to see Jackie used to be a great experience. She's one of my favorite people. However, I am now asking to be referred to a different GP. I was left waiting on a virtual appointment for 4 hours before her staff reached out. When I stated that it was inexcusable to leave a patient waiting in a virtual room that long (I work in a medical office. We would NEVER.) Ugly services my husband and I are Jackeline’s patient for almost 3 years and it’s to hard to reach her, in the office never respond the phone,she always forgets to send the prescriptions to the pharmacy and if you need some simple medication eg: something for pain she doesn’t prescribe them, I needed a nutritionist and she dint want to order the refer supposedly because my insurance wasn’t going to cover. I didn’t know that she is a nursery I though she was a doctor I don’t like her services and the employees neither😡😡

My experience at Josco Medical Group has been wonderful. The doctors I used to see before I relocated to CT never took care of my health correctly. After meeting Jacqueline, I can honestly say that there are still health care providers that truly care about their patients and their health. I love that Jacqueline is very thorough and really takes her time to get to know you and your past medical history. She really gets to the bottom of everything. Highly recommended.

Jackie seemed very knowledgeable and professional at our appt to establish care. She had obviously thoroughly reviewed my record before the appointment and was well prepared. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because I've only had one short appointment to base this review on.
