We got a chance to have dinner this past Saturday and I must say JoSa on the River didn’t miss a beat. The decor was very chic and well decorated. The customer service was excellent. Are server RJ did a great job. I hope that service continues. We will definitely return.
Steaks were over Cooked mashed potatoes didn't have any flavor & mac and cheese extremely dry! Owner was very dismissive and didn't accommodate with the bill and refused our request for complimentary drinks for our dissatisfaction...Very unprofessional & petty owner doesn't know how to accept or appreciate Constructive criticism or Customers concerns or feedback Main concern seems only Too make MONEY!!!
Thank you, Donna, for your superb customer service and for helping make our anniversary brunch so special. We truly appreciate you taking our pictures—they turned out beautifully! Thank you again for your kindness, attention to detail, and for making our celebration even more memorable. We truly appreciate it!
