I would not recommed this agency. Though the owners seem understanding and aim to provide the best care, they do not have the support to back it up. Very few of thier nurses are well trained and professional, we had to teach most of them what to do! If you are looking for an agency to send trust worthy nurses to ease your life do not use Josel, becasue it will only add additional stress to your life.
