Review Title: Unstable, hostile, and completely unprofessional service with Anjela Complete nightmare. I rarely write reviews, but I’ve never experienced anything like this. I went in expecting a standard service and left with bright orange hair, severe damage, and zero accountability. This is what $1800 gets you at Jose Eber! Chemical burns, fried orange hair, and unauthorized chemical application. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to say this was the worst hair appointment I've had in my entire life. I've been to the top salons -- from Milan to Paris to New York- and never in my life have I encountered anything as incompetent, dishonest, and downright negligent as what l experienced at this so-called high-end salon. JJ is Fantastic!! He specializes in color & especially reds. I wanted to keep my color natural, but wanted excitement. He gave me so much more - JJ is a real Game Changer!
