Christus Trinity Orthopedic Center gets one star. Pathetic when a patient has to physically walk into a clinic with orders & physically hand them to a receptionist to make an appointment because nobody can answer phone calls or return calls. Once they have your orders they will prioritize you to when they will see you. My wait was a month. I get it mine was sent extremely urgent. I had a great experience with Dr. Alicea. His knowledge and care of my injury was wonderful. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my appointments with him and his staff. He listened to me and answered all of my questions to where I could understand what he was telling me. He and his staff were compassionate and caring, so very nice. The waiting time wasn't long either. I will definitely refer any of my family and friends to him. Great job!!!
amazing! I had my left knee replacement done in February. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Right knee will be done in July
