I just spent a hour and half trying to return an order. The lady in the store was the rudest person I've ever met. This is my 3rd bad experience with this lady. I ended up live chatting with corporate on my phone and had the live chat person call in and see what the problem was. After that it took 3-5 minutes to take care of my return. After the return the lady continued to yell at me about how they aren't a clearance store and shouldn't accept online returns. I recommend you stay away from this establishment.
Poor help
Bought a suit and had the pants hemmed in 10 minutes. Great experience. Brenda was especially helpful.
