I got robbed by this company. Purchased earrings for approximately $200 when they had a stand at local Cosco. The sign said "Lifetime warranty". One of the earrings broke after 3 weeks of wearing them. Contacted Joryel Vera. They asked me to ship the broken earring which I did ( spent money ) after multiple calls to them they finally confirmed that the earring was received and it was non-reparable.
