This review addresses how Jory Trail over-charges residents after move-out by making excessive deductions from security deposit returns + how I navigated this conflict. My experience living here on a day to day was 4/5. I felt safe living here and my neighbors were really nice. Your deposit pays for your utilities from the month prior and current month of your move out. They will charge you a non negotiable cleaning fee, no matter how clean you leave the apartment. Nice apartments and close to stores. The office people always seem nice and knowledgeable. I did put in a maintenance request for some light fixtures to be fixed and Alec, the maintenance guy was great! He was very polite, friendly and efficient. He not only fixed the lights, he noticed there was something wrong with the dryer and went to fix it right away. Super awesome and very knowledgeable in what he does. Great job Alec! We love living here at Jory trail. I have a specific shout out today for one of the maintenance crew members, Alec. Alec came in today needing to look at several things we had just been overlooking and finally decided to put in a work order for. Alec was professional, kind, accommodating, respectful of our space, and very quick. Alec was communicative of what he was doing and let me know when he needed to run grab a part, how long he would be gone, and asked how he should re-enter the apartment. This place is unprofessional discriminated against base on disability ssdi most of all housing voucher. Avoid giving me approval 2weeks later not ok
