Management at this property is very poor, especially the property manager, Hannah. Based on my personal experience, I felt I was treated unfairly and differently in ways that appeared discriminatory. Communication was dismissive, concerns were not addressed properly, and the overall handling of issues lacked professionalism. No resident should feel uncomfortable or marginalized in their own community.

I have enjoyed living here. Staff is friendly, good neighborhood, walking trails near by, and parks are in walking distance. My only suggestion would be to provide everyone a designated parking space.

I wouldn’t live here unless you don’t want to be able to have people over. The leasing office just said “your guests can park in any unmarked spot only” but that’s not true once it hits 6PM you need to have a parking pass. How can you get a parking pass if the leasing office closes at 5PM? When speaking with office staff they were short, hung up abruptly and honestly did not listen to anything I said. My experience living here on a day to day was 4/5. I felt safe living here and my neighbors were really nice. Your deposit pays for your utilities from the month prior and current month of your move out. They will charge you a non negotiable cleaning fee, no matter how clean you leave the apartment. The cost is listed as per hr/per bedroom, but only list the total $ due. I only received about 20% of my deposit back. Schedule a move out walk through, they only do them M-F during office hours.
