Laramie and crew removed an old shabby deck and rebuilt a new deck for me at my house in the backyard. We hired Laramie to do a building inspection for us and ended up doing four of them on different properties. He is professional, responsible and very thorough in his inspection. He answered all questions and didn’t hold back something if he was unsure. Laramie also had 30 some odd page report to us two to three hours after the completed inspection that was printable.
