Hands down the best customer service ever! Received instant help for a small ordering technical difficulty and Ian was SO helpful and great to work with. Super impressed! Had all the products I needed and will arrive quickly. Highly recommend!!
Working with Melissa Goldman was so reassuring that receiving my parts for my medical equipment would happen on time. She gave me so much extra help that later I used to be sure I know how to use my equipment. She really went beyond what was asked of her and I think her so much.
If you need something on time look ANYWHERE else. The website if painfully slow. Recently I called to check on stock, I was told items were in stock and would ship the same day if order was in by a certain time. Order was placed on time, order wasn't shipped for 2 days, arrived late. This caused a delay in surgery, thousands of dollars lost, and an unhappy client. Overall if I can buy it somewhere else, I'm going to.
“Very nice to work with and very helpful throughout the process. Sending the product in for repair was simple and easy. Great job!”
Customer service has been outstanding. Jayne, Trisha and Michele have been immeasurably helpful to me.
