I recently ordered a Binocular Innovation Infinity microscope through my vendor from Jorgensen in late 2021. The scope took over 4 weeks to arrive and was inoperable when it did. Patterson veterinary supply contacted Jorgensen to have another scope sent or a credit to my account but the request was denied for unspecified reasons. This company had a good reputation with me until this experience unfolded. If you are living in Northern CA beware. You may be stuck with a very expensive paper weight.
We have lots or Jorgensen products in our hospital and we use them every day. Prices are better than the Big Company brands. When we need a parts replacement Jorgensen is very helpful. We have Jorgensen equipment in use that is over 15 years old.
The products prove high quality time and time again. Favorites are the tourniquets, stretchers and end-of-life products like Euthabag. Great family company.
