If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Alex was so great trying to diagnose my Jeep’s issues. Once we got it diagnosed it was a battle (outside of our control) to get the parts and it fixed BUT he went above and beyond finding the solution to the issue. I need an ECM repair and my jeep is a grumpy old thing that’s finicky but he got it fixed and working better than it did the day I bought it. Highly recommend alex for any repair or maintenance you need!!

I had my regulator go out, and the technician Alex was available to diagnose the issue and suggest a course of action that would get me back on the road quickly. He has an excellent set up, he is quick, efficient, personable, and went above what was requested. His price for labor is also very reasonable. If you need a mechanic, Jorgensen Auto Repair has my full support and recommendation.

Setup an appointment online, super easy. The technician, Alex, showed up on time and got to work on the truck right in my drive way. Called me 30 minutes later to talk about what he found after getting the wheels off (this was for a brake job). Walked me through the repair steps and options and pointed out the issues on the truck, very professional and has quite the mobile repair shop setup.
