I've gone to Jorge multiple times now to both buy and sell houses. Each time, he has made the process as painless as possible. Extremely patient and wants you to find the right fit. Constantly in communication from beginning to end. Extremely knowledgeable for any of my questions. My go-to recommendation.
I can't speak for the other Realtors at this office but Jorge Rullan is exceptional. He is not your typical real estate agent. He spends time with you, to get to know exactly what you want and he is meticulous when it comes to contracts. Negotiating for him is like a second language that he was raised on since he was a small boy. He got $15k off the original asking price by sheer tenacity and expert negotiating skills.
