I have been a patient of this Doctor for many years. He is the reason I continue to go back. The staff are polite and helpful.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Dr. Zapata goes out of his way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I have been a patient for over fifteen years and though I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to and always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
