Mr. Piney does not list his prices outside in his reception room. Neither does he offer to help in anyway in discussion questions regarding any savings or options for deductions on your tax return. You go into his office, and it feels like you’re your waiting to be interviewed for a crime you’ve committed. Piney offers little services for much money. My wife and I and my daughter, 23 years old now and fresh out of college, did our taxes with them last year. Our charge for our joint tax return was $500. My daughter who made just $2,500 in her first job was charged $600. Highway robbery. Mr. Piney is ready to retire, and wants to make as much money as possible.
