Jorge is an exceptional realtor! The home buying process can have its twists and turns, but Jorge has a unique way of keeping everything positive and fun all the way through settlement, even when challenges arise. He is attentive, available, hard working, and understanding to his clients needs. He knows the Delaware market well and is highly respected by other agents, which helps when it comes to negotiations :) Would recommend him over and over again to anyone looking to buy a home!

I cannot thank Jorge Chavez enough! From the very beginning, he took the time to answer every single question I had about the process of selling my home. He made everything easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Jorge went above and beyond when it came to marketing my home. Jorge and I went through the home buying process the first time and it fell through. This time around was different, and he was patiently waiting once I was ready again. Jorge was never pushy about buying and you can truly tell its more than just a sale to him - he makes time to ask questions about family, work, hobbies every time you meet. Jorge is a down-to-earth, highly energetic realtor who cares about his clients and the background they come from. He is truly ready to turn your dream home into a reality. Jorge was also ... read more

Had a great experience with Jorge. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and let you know he worked for you. Calls made on our behalf, negotiations, tours on weekend hours, this man did it all. He isn’t pushy to get you to buy a house, you can tell Jorge loves to see someone find the home that is right for them. First time home buyers look no further. Jorge is the man!
