I usually don't give much weight to 3.5-star ratings, but I gave Jorge Auto Service a shot because I try to support local Hispanic shops. Big mistake. This place is the definition of opportunistic. I sent our Transit van in for a simple diagnostic and a quote. As the owner paying the bill, I explicitly asked for a call before any work was done. El peor lugar en el que he estado, me prometieron arreglar mi auto en 2 dias, pasaron 3 SEMANAS y no me daban respuestas. Lo tuve que ir a buscar con la grua y la policía. Me lo dieron con el motor desarmado y no me devolvieron los 1000 dolares que pague por adelantado. Nunca trabajen con HECTOR ES UN ESTAFADOR.
