I was interested in leasing space that is managed by Jordon Perlmutter & Co. I initially reached out via their online form and heard nothing for 4 days. I then reached out via email to their email address on the website of the space I wanted to lease. The email address came back as undeliverable. Horrible people to do business with, Called in regards to a property that has been vacant for years now and the male receptionist turned us down before even hearing us out, despite current sales from our other location exceeding over $300k annually he treated us as if we were a bunch of kids trying to sell lemonade. Find a company that values your business as much as their own, not the other way around.
The Camellia apartments seemed to be the answer to a prayer and turned out to be a nightmare. However, the on site manager has severe power and control pathology as evidenced by recent events. She is unresponsive to requests. Feels certain ways about certain groups and takes action according to her views. Recent actions could be interpreted as violations of federal law.
