I love my unit. The purpose for me moving in was the fire place, BUT! ...after 6-8 months of living here I have started seeing roaches. They send out pest control but I think it's just for me. It definitely isn't coming from my unit. I'm a clean freak. They need to treat the whole building... not just mine. Where is the monthly pest control around this place? Updated.... Went in to look at an apartment and asked them if criminal history was an issue. The apartment manager stated that unless it was within the last 7 years that it wouldn’t be a problem, so we turned in our application based on that. They turned around and denied our application solely based on the criminal history. We never would have applied otherwise. This place will just take your application fee so beware of these scammers.
