The office staff is great and always helpful, Kaleen is super nice, responds quickly and helps find solutions to all my problems as quick as possible!

Between Brian’s excellent management and the friendly, helpful maintenance crew, the property is always kept in top-notch condition. If you’re looking for a well-maintained home with a team that actually cares about there residents , this is the place to be!
I am only giving a couple stars because I had my personal requests fixed in a timely manner but unfortunately as an entrepreneur, the only benefit we got living here was the cheaper rent (I mean $900 for 2 people will work as long as you need it but eventually you grow up and buy a house). So we survived but you guys: your business practice needs complete re-doing. Came really quickly and solved the problem fast. Explained a few things to me. A really good job. Love living here. Staff is friendly. Going on my second yr. The only thing I wish they had was boxes where pkgs can go into to keep them safe as some people like to take others pkgs. Other then that its a good place to live
